Introduction to Zen Meditation Night

Every Monday night at 7:30 we offer guidance for those not familiar with Zazen (seated meditation) as and if requested. We offer instruction in posture, breathing and dealing with mind-wandering, each followed by a short sitting to try it out. We offer this introduction as an optional convenience: It’s not required before you join us for any other meditation sessions.

Please contact Joru Fabian Benavente at (904) 325-1164 to let us know you’ll be coming the following Monday. There is no fee, but donations are appreciated.

If you have any other questions about Zen, our Zendo (meditation hall) or the Sangha (group), call Zenrin at (904) 398-6905.
