Unzan Zendo, 2014 Perry Place, is the second house south from the corner with Atlantic Boulevard - the corner two blocks west on Atlantic from the traffic light at Atlantic and Kings Street - the traffic light just west of where Atlantic passes under the exit (No. 348 - old 105) from I-95 onto Philips Hwy (U.S. 1).
From northbound I-95, take exit 347 onto Emerson St. (old 104), turn left onto Emerson, then right onto Philips Hwy and stay in the right lane at the end of Philips and then turn left onto Atlantic. From southbound I-95, take exit 348, U-turn, and again stay in the right lane at the end of Philips and then turn left onto Atlantic.
Note that westbound Atlantic Blvd. bends a little to the left, in a southward direction, as it passes under I-95, but doesn't seem to!
